Shipping & returns

RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 14-day return privilege for regular priced, non-personalized items in their original unworn and unwashed condition and with tags still attached for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.  We do not offer refunds unless you have purchased an item that is unavailable for original shipment or unavailable for reorder.  This does not include items that have shipped to you and are not the correct size.  Credit will not be issued for items returned in condition other than that described.  Any discounted items are FINAL SALE.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Personalized items and special orders are also final sales items and are NOT returnable. Please note that when items are purchased on our website they are immediately pulled from our stock and, therefore, we are unable to make ANY exceptions to this policy. All returns must be shipped back at your own expense.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Holiday items are considered final sale after the date of the holiday.

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time that your order is placed .  Shipping charges are $6.95 and shipped to the address provided.  Any shipments outside of the US will require an additional charge. These charges will be sent via Paypal and must be paid before the order can be completed.  If you need a shipment expedited we are able to ship UPS Next or Second Day Air for an additional charge.  You will receive an email with a tracking number when your purchase has been shipped. 

All orders over $300 are shipped free of charge!
